Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to this promotion.

Entry Period

The Entry Period begins when these Official Rules are first posted at https://www.marketbreak.app/giveaway-rules and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2026. The random drawing will be held on October 20, 2026, on or after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

How to Enter

Entry is free. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. A Market Break Plus subscription is not required and does not increase your odds.

Two ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method.

Method 1 — Product entry. During the Entry Period, visit www.marketbreak.app, create a free Market Break account, and complete your first pack rip (open today's pack). Opening a pack does not require buying a security or paying Sponsor. One entry.

Method 2 — Alternate means of entry (AMOE). During the Entry Period, send an email to jeff@marketbreak.app with the subject line Market Break Giveaway. Include your full name and email address. One entry.

Entry limits

Duplicate, automated, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify entries it believes are generated by script, bot, or other automated means, or that violate these Official Rules.

Prize

One (1) grand prize: a Topps Still Life Signatures Cooper Flagg Rookie Card (RC), Topps Certified Autograph Issue, on-card autograph, serial numbered 33/39, featuring Cooper Flagg / Dallas Mavericks, ungraded in a protective one-touch holder (as depicted). Approximate retail value (ARV): $750, based on Sponsor's good-faith estimate of recent comparable sales as of September 2026. ARV is subject to market fluctuation. No substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Prize is awarded as-is. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

Winner selection and odds

On or after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 20, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received (a random drawing). This is not a skill contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winner notification and list

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to confirm eligibility and a U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate.

To request the winner's name after the drawing, email jeff@marketbreak.app with the subject line Market Break Giveaway winner list.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and city/state for a winner announcement, without further compensation.

General conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, and may select a winner from eligible entries received before the impairment. By entering, you release Sponsor from claims arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No affiliation

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Basketball Association, any NBA team (including the Dallas Mavericks), X Corp. (including X, formerly Twitter), Panini America, Fanatics, Inc., or The Topps Company, Inc. Topps manufactured the prize card. The prize is a collectible independently obtained by Sponsor.

Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lie in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
